Lonely Hearts by C.I. Selkirk

C.I. Selkirk has never placed an ad in a lonely hearts column nor joined a dating website. Perhaps a bullet has been dodged. C.I. has written a few short stories and hopes, one day, to win a competition. Or become a bestselling author. Whichever comes first.

 

 

 

This ten word story was typed on a manual Royal Quiet De Luxe typewriter, c. 1950’s. Let’s call her Betty.
