Vision by Catherine Zickgraf

Her tired eye rolls into its socket,
a marble that sees with its belief,
a globe blessing lives she sowed.

Skeletons of lashes rim her lake,
and wings escape across the sky.

A lullabying of skin,
unfolding of
lid.

Soul full of Eye.

In inner sight, all void goes blind.
She can see herself clearer inside.
